Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed intake designed to identify attachment patterns, nervous system triggers, and relational imprints.

This allows us to move beyond surface symptoms and into deeper layers for precision work from day one.

Begin Your Repair Proces

If we’re aligned, you’ll receive a personalised pathway outlining the structure, frequency, and method best suited to your attachment pattern.

 

From there, we begin the repatterning process.

My Story

It’s a little different

 I didn’t arrive here because I followed a calling, burned my life down, or chased healing as a trend.

I arrived here because I needed it for myself.

I’ve lived through trauma, complex relational dynamics, grief, and long periods of functioning while disconnected from who I really was. I know what it’s like to understand your patterns - and still feel unable to change them.

My path has always existed in two worlds.

Years spent in high-level corporate environments where logic, structure, and performance mattered.

And years immersed in deep therapeutic work - studying the nervous system, subconscious attachment patterns, emotional regulation, and the body’s response to stress and survival.

What I learned - personally and professionally - is this:

Insight doesn’t create change. Safety does.

And safety is built through structure, not intensity.

That understanding reshaped everything.
